This fall, we are partnering with ETC Institute to measure customer satisfaction.

Survey for DART riders

We want to feedback from riders regarding your experience using DART and how well our service meets your needs.  Your feedback will help us make improvements and provide the best service possible.

  • Riders of DART’s Fixed Route service (Local and Express) may be asked to complete a print survey onboard DART buses in October.  Survey collectors will choose a random sample of DART riders to ensure we get a diverse pool of respondents.
  • Riders of DART’s Paratransit service will receive surveys in the mail they can complete and return via mail or onboard the bus.
  • Riders of DART’s RideShare service will receive a print survey from their driver in the coming weeks they should complete and return to the driver of their van.
  • Riders of DART’s On Demand service will receive a link to complete a survey online.

Please know that you are not required to fill out a survey. However, doing so helps us identify what we are doing well and what we can improve.

Please also know that the survey collectors on board DART buses will randomly choose which riders to have complete the survey, so don’t worry if you aren’t selected. You are welcome to share your feedback at any time of year by speaking to DART Customer Service, emailing dart@ridedart.com or by calling 515-283-8100.
